Cut to Length
Cut to length of stainless, aluminum, copper and coated steel .015" - .250" thick, and 24" - 60" wide by 18" - 192" long. Protective coatings available.
Slitting
Slitting of stainless, aluminum, copper and coated steel .015" - 187" thick, and 1" - 60" wide. Protective coatings available.
Polishing
Polishing available to customer specifications on stainless and aluminum .018" - .500" thick, and 24" - 72" wide. Protective coatings available.

Precision Shearing
 At Medallion, we have seen a shift in manufacturing away from slit coil and full sheets to cut blanks.
As we have seen more distributors purchase large multi-blanking lines to accommodate this industry shift, Medallion continues to grow its precision shearing business.
Precision shearing is certainly more labor intensive but the flexibility to do multiple sizes and multiple quantities with 100% inspection, gives us an advantage over the large multi-blanking line. If you need 10 pieces 4" x 4" or 10,000 pieces 12" x 144", cut to precision tolerances and 100% inspected, give us a call.
